Great workout! December 9, 2008

I love this workout. When I travel out of town this will be perfect. I can do this in my hotel room and get a great workout in addition to the hotel gym. I would recommend this to anyone who is up for a challenge.

Love this product. The accessories fit into the bag and the DVD gives the option of separate 10-min focus workouts or an intensive all-over 40-min workout. The firm provides both cardio and strength for toning and fat-burning - my 17-year old daughter & I highly recommend!

This is a very challenging exercise video. The jump rope segment is intense. Quite a workout. The other segments are great too.
