| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description You wont find any green chile or pork inside the Simple Womens Toemale Boot. In fact, this casual hemp and organic cotton boot is completely vegan. Simple added a coconut-button side entry and a sole made from recycled car tires, as well as natural latex and cork in the midsole to cap off this sustainable boot. Water-based glues hold everything together and eliminate toxic solvents.

| Customer Reviews:
Adorable, but not as comfy as I wanted December 22, 2008 Lucy Nelson (New York, NY) I was on the hunt for a cute pair of vegan boots, and found what I was looking for in the Simple Toemale boot. This is a well-made, adorable boot, and 100% vegan. I wore them in the snow the other day and my feet stayed dry! I have two minor complaints about the boot, though. The side where it buttons up is open and will expose some of your leg, so you would probably want to wear the boot with jeans or pants tucked in, or with warm socks, to protect your leg from cold and wind in the winter. In addition, the footbed of the boot is rubbery with little nubs, which I find a bit uncomfortable. I will probably buy some insoles to cover them up with. Despite these issues, I would buy these boots again. They're worth the money!
