Great Need for Speed Title October 5, 2008 Brad Karge Fantastic game that I come back to play every once in a while, The cop chases are fun and the overall game itself is great, I love the real life action scenes. Worth every penny. 5/5
Good drive for the money November 29, 2007 Roger Buzby I have had this game for about 16 months and I still enjoy playing it. The story, once finished, gets old like most games but the driving (and outrunning the cops and competition) is still a blast. There are numerous challenges besides the story line that will challenge your skills at any level of play.
The one down side is the online game play. If your connection is even a little slow you will be slaughtered online but otherwise this is a great game to play and is worth owning in my humble opinion.
Great game November 12, 2007 N. Sahay I was playing NFS Carbon on my friends WII and I realised that I had been missing out on racing games, so I went ahead and bought this and carbon along with my logitech momo racing wheel. Great game, good video, pretty decent graphics. Its a lot of fun, with different types of races and scenarios available. The only thing, I didnt like is that it does not support widescreen monitors so I had to find a user-developed patch to accomodate my widescreen monitor. There is a bug where the mouse pointer disappears; however, everything can be accomplished using a keyboard. I am going to beat this game before I start Carbon.
Horrendous game and physics September 10, 2007 Rafael E. Belliard (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
If you want a good racing game, get GTR2 or WTCC 2007. If you want a fun arcadeish game, get Test Drive: Unlimited. Most Wanted is just horrendous.
pretty fun August 11, 2007 Yang Zhang (CA) I am not a hard game player so I usually catch up with only the second latest version of most EA games and they are often sold at ~ $10 when I bought them. Not a violent type of person but this game offers quite a change from the conventional racing game--you are trying to hit and total a police car...None to speak of when an army of 10 more cars or SUVs with sirens on and all that chasing after you all the time...Quite a pressure relief after work challenging those 70 "challenge modes". This game runs well on my Athlon x2 3800+ plus an overclocked 7600GS to 500 MHz GPU and 1000 Mhz memory speed. You need to get yourself a widescreen to enjoy car driving games. If you happen to have a computer like this (only cost you <500) don't hesitate to get this game and bring out the live racing out of your screen.
