Well I posted this as a response to another review but wanted to make sure I rated this item...
I couldn't agree more with your review...my girlfriend and I bought these as a cheaper alternative to iPODs for the time being and are extremely disappointed...there is no directions on how to download music and and navigation is a pain...the booklet they give you is not helpful at all...mislead big time as to how easy this is to use...also it mentions nowhere that is not compatible with Mac PowerBook which i happen to have through my job...this was not a good purchase and was very misleading.

the software is really standar... but has excellent features, is really easy to add music... is like having a pendrive... The little box come with everyhing, like cds, manual, usb cable, headphones, charger. My girlfriend really enjoied, and she loves the fact that comes with FM radio. She is very pleased because she is using it for doing excersice, walking and listening some music without worring about the "expensive original item" on her pocket.... really good price for the set of features.... beautuful design...

This product was not what I was led to believe. There were no instructions included, and it is too hard to figure out without the
instructions. Disappointed
